DCC Advisory Council
The DCC IT Department hosts yearly meetings with its IT Advisory Council; this council is comprised of local and statewide industries the either provides IT services or utilizes IT staff in their daily business activities.
As a testament to the quality of training students receive here at DCC, many of the members of this council are graduates of the DCC Networking A.A.S. Degree who are now working in the field of IT and have returned to help shape the future of the College.
During these meetings, members provide insight into what their needs are and trends in IT that they feel DCC should be considering. DCC's Advisory Council and Faculty as a group also share the responsibility for approving changes and additions to the IT programs offered here at DCC.
