About
The purpose of this program is to offer employment services for job-seekers with employment barriers to help them obtain the skills and education necessary to secure and maintain full-time unsubsidized employment. The primary goal is to assess the needs of these individuals, help them obtain necessary work-readiness skills and training, improve their employability through education, and achieve economic independence through work.

Program Components
All TARE participants who complete the program will be able to:
- Use computers effectively
- Develop effective communication skills
- Develop effective workplace skills
- Explore careers and locate job openings
- Work with college counseling staff to identify a career path
- Learn to prepare resumes and cover letters
- Complete job applications
- Perform well in job interview
