DCC's CyberCenter offers two Certificate Programs: Cybercrime Investigations and Cybersecurity.
Danville Community College’s Cyber Security Programs provide curriculums that are mapped to the DHS and NSA cybersecurity education standards and is designated by the agencies as a Center of Academic Excellence for two-year institutions (CAE2Y).
Our Cyber Security and Cybercrime Investigation Certificates are transferable to many four-year institutions and offer students the opportunity to participate in a variety of events including competitions and extra-curricular activities.
Danville Community College has partnered with VMware, Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft to offer students Industry Certification vouchers at an academic discount for students enrolled in either of these programs. DCC also provides onsite certification testing through its PearsonVue and Certiport Testing Centers.
