Wynette A. Richardson: A Transformational Speaker, Author, and Educator

Wynette A. Richardson is a highly sought-after transformational speaker, author, and educator renowned for her engaging, impactful, and empowering message. With her unique ability to share inspiring anecdotes and provide meaningful lessons, Wynette ignites her audience with the spark to pursue their dreams and transform them into reality. From a young age, she showed a talent for storytelling, writing, and public speaking, which—combined with her determination—naturally guided her toward a career in education.

Wynette earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Paul’s College and a Master’s degree in English & Literature from Virginia State University. With seventeen years of experience in public schools and community colleges, she came to understand that the true impact of education extends beyond classroom walls. This realization led Wynette to develop a teaching philosophy centered on supporting the whole student, creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.

Through her extensive experience, Wynette has learned that discovering one’s purpose is key to achieving fulfillment. Inspired by this belief, she wrote her first book, The Transformation Journal: Transforming Words into Reality, an interactive journal filled with personal stories and prompts to help others find their own path. She also founded Richardson Speaks Global LLC, an organization dedicated to renewing hearts, impacting minds, and transforming lives. Through her work, Wynette delivers tailored presentations and workshops that leave audiences ready to take meaningful action.

Wynette’s mission is to inspire others by speaking life into their situations, guiding them through tailored messages, and empowering them with practical strategies for growth. Today, she collaborates with schools, colleges, and organizations nationwide to share her message and expertise. In her downtime, Wynette enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, creative journaling, and embracing each moment.
