    May 5  & 6, 2025

    • 12pm – 5pm
    • 12pm – 5pm

    Helping students prepare to take the ServSafe Manager Exam. It covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more.

    **** Prerequisites: Read chapter 1-6/Pretest a week before the class
