• Applying online to use VA Education Benefits:  https://www.va.gov/education/how-to-apply/
• DCC Military eForm application: Sign in to your MyDCC account.  Click on SIS next.  Look on the lower right side of the screen, and you will see, "Forms". Click Forms and select the Military Benefit Certify eForm.  Complete and submit the form.

     Turn the following paper forms into the DCC Veterans Specialist in Financial Aid if you are changing programs:

• VA Form 22-5495 Dependent Request for Change of Program or Place Training
